NEW GENERATION JAZZ
PRESENT THE CINEMATIC LIVE OCTOBERFEST
Picture
New Generation Jazz are proud to to announce the launch of their Autumn Livestream Series.

With their usual programme of live gigs and workshops off the agenda for 2020, they’ve spent the summer capturing performances from some of the UK’s most exciting young jazz
artists, all in cinematic quality visual and audio, from their specially created studio at the Ropetackle Centre in Shoreham.

They launched in August with a concert from emerging trumpet star Jackson Mathod and his band, and followed up in September with the Cinematic Live Weekender livestream
festival - both events attracting massive audiences across the cyberworld.

Now they’re back throughout the month of October with four 40-minute gigs from four of the UK’s most dynamic and forward looking young artists, all shot in gorgeous cinematic style, with release-quality audio throughout. Broadcast time is every Wednesday in October at 6pm, the place is the New Generation Jazz Facebook page, and the artists are:

Wednesday 6th October 2020 - cutting edge, super atmospheric post-rock fusion from SUDO

Wednesday 14th October 2020 - THE SULTAN STEVENSON TRIO - precocious Tomorrow’s Warriors keys man swings in the tradition

Wednesday 21st October 2020 - YADASOFI’s young bloods mixing cosmic groove jazz with Middle Eastern musical heritage.

Wednesday 28th October - MARK KAVUMA AND THE BANGER FACTORY - young lions of the London scene deliver pure high octane delight with a full-strength 8-piece line-up.

Each gig will be livestreamed at 6pm via the New Generation Jazz Facebook page, and you can find them cross-posted on the Fb pages of our friends at Jazzwise and Love Supreme as
well!
